How do I pay?

By BACS transfer the same day.  

Will I be charged if I need to cancel?

You will only be charged if you give less than 24 hours notice of cancellation.  I will always endeavour to rearrange if possible. 

Does it work?

There are many factors that make treatment successful; I use evidence-based therapies that have good outcomes.  

How long does it take? 

Each session lasts 50-60 minutes, and a treatment period can be anywhere between 3 and 20 sessions.  It vastly depends on the problem severity and any underlying difficulties you may want to address. 

Face to face or remote / on-line

You can come to the consultation room in York or have your sessions via zoom.

Confidentiality 

Anything you share in therapy is treated confidentially. Your information will not be shared with third parties without express permission.  The only limitation to this, is if someone’s safety is in danger. You will receive an Information Sharing Agreement at the start for absolute clarity. 

Can I bring a friend or family member?

This is encouraged for some sessions. 

Is there parking? 

There is a public car park across the road.
