Information sessions for businesses and organisations on mental health and how substance use can impact on the workforce and productivity.
Motivational Interviewing training can be delivered to your staff group, but also to your management teams to enhance communication skills as well as your trauma informed approach.
For treatment organisations:
I provide training in evidence based psycho-social interventions for those working in the addiction field. From engagement skills to specific therapies, a training programme can be developed to satisfy staff development and competencies in line with meeting your organisational key performance indicators.
Additionally I offer enhanced risk assessment training for those at risk of harm to themselves.
All teaching is evidence based and in line with the latest research and development.
